As an attorney, Arye P. Corbett has dedicated his legal career to representing people, like you, not big corporations and insurance companies.
In 2004, Arye graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law, which has been continually ranked as U.S. News and World Report’s #1 legal advocacy law school in the nation.
Arye began his career as an attorney with the Office of the Public Defender of the 15th Judicial Circuit, located in West Palm Beach. Arye handled over a thousand criminal cases and was ultimately designated as a felony trial division chief in the courtroom that was presided over by former Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice, JorgeLabarga. As an Assistant Public Defender, Arye was in the courtroom almost every day.
After several years, Mr. Corbett accepted an offer to join the private sector and began working at a mid-sized, Florida-based law firm litigating cases in the areas of personal injury, complex commercial disputes, civil rights violations, and asset forfeiture matters. Arye’s talents were soon recognized statewide as he was selected by Superlawyers magazine as a 2009 Rising Star.
For the past 6 years, Arye’s focus has overwhelmingly been on representing those injured by the negligence of others. Prior to the creation of the Law Office of Arye P. Corbett, P.A., Arye was an attorney with a well-known plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.
Arye is dedicated to his community and presently serves on the South Palm Beach County Board of Directors for Jewish National Fund and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Boca Raton Synagogue. When not working, Mr. Corbett devotes his time to his wife, their boys, and two dogs.
Arye is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia.
